CHILDISH GAMBINO - Two Videos That Change The Game

The weather changed and so did the video landscape - at least for this new school RAPTOR (Rapper/Actor).  We present two videos by Childish Gambino.

This Is America - clearly one of the most controversial videos in this modern era.  It addresses - AMERICA!  The violent nature we have embraced, used, and even ignored  for the need to "get yo' money".  The video is shocking and also quite entertaining.  It is the confused, dance-craze driven, money-hungry, unjust society of which we live.  This video is worth some discussion!

Feels Like Summer shows an animated Childish Gambino walking through the streets during a warm summer day.  As we walks he sees everyone from Baby Bar-b-quing to Nikki Minaj playing in the grass; Drake chasing a car and Janelle Monae skateboarding.  Then you see fade in and out shots of Kid Kudi seemingly depressed, Kanye West in a M.A.G.A. hat crying with Michelle Obama consoling him, and even a very brown, Afro wearing Michael Jackson(?)  It's a laid back song, ideal for summer and full of animated cameos.  The only weird images were all the face tattoos on so many rappers.  They were accurate, but awkward.  Regardless, all of the entertainers were getting along, enjoying the summer.  Unfortunately they have to be cartoons to live in harmony.   - pEaCE
